Documentary short featuring tech leader UST’s tech up-skilling program at work in the Midwest
A good part of my childhood was spent in the midwest: Iowa, South Dakota and Nebraska. The opportunity to return there to help tell the story of UST’s initiative to up-skill non traditional talent and enable them to step confidently into technology and IT careers was amazing. The best part of my job is getting to meet new people and tell their stories — and the good people at fintech company Fiserv’s Omaha, Nebraska branch were a pleasure to work with. Simon, a US Army Veteran and Jonathan, a former warehouse worker have found promising futures through UST’s Step IT Up Program. Today they continue to thrive.
Shot over two days, Chorus and I found some genuine and touching ways to show how a new career, and a new start, can make an incredible impact in someone’s life.
